Judy presented a program on vegetables and fruit that are anti-inflammatory, which include avocados, yellow and red sweet peppers, tart cherry juice, hummus, and sweet potatoes. Other fruits and vegetables listed at health.com are beets, dark leafy greens, tomatoes, garlic and onion, berries, and tart cherries.
