I've a budge in my middle,
And I hope to whittle it soon;
But eating’s such fun
I won’t get it done
Til my dish runs away
With my spoon.

Open House Report
This challenge was a result of the program Tina gave at the Open House on April 24: Digging Deeper than Dieting, in which she listed reason we tend to overeat. Knowledge is not always power: we know how to eat; the problem is doing it. She suggested setting eating boundaries (no snacking after 8 p.m., for instance) and then suggested several questions to ask yourself before eating outside those boundaries. Many of her thoughts came from the book I Deserve a Donut by Barb Raveling.We were glad to welcome five guests to the Open House. All the members attended the meeting.
