Food Exchanges and Oz on Chocolate

TOPS NEWS 8/28/2014

Program

At the August 28 meeting of Imperial TOPS NE0267, Shirley gave a short talk on chocolate from an article by Dr. Mehmet Oz. Because it contains flavonoids, chocolate can be a health food, but it must be dark chocolate that contains at least 70 percent cocoa. For more about chocolate from Dr. Oz, see The Oz Blog.
