Diann presented a program from Health.com: New Ways to Start the Year Off Light. Tips included:- Don’t do something else while you’re eating; it leads to “eating amnesia”;
- Load up on fiber at breakfast;
- Don’t just banish “bad” foods – replace or add nutritious foods;
- Put your vegetables in plain sight in your fridge;
- When eating out, double up on the vegetables.
