Meeting News – March 12, 2015
The best loser for the week was Donna. The challenge for the coming week is to eat a *green vegetable or fruit every day and to get your heart rate up at least once a day.
Contests
Winners of the Valentine’s Day contest were Donna and Cheryl, who shared a cash prize. Barb introduced a new contest for Easter, which will give points for staying at the meeting, exercising for 5 days, staying the same or losing weight, and eating a *green vegetable or fruit every day.
At the March 12 meeting of Imperial TOPS NE0267, Barb presented a program on Weighing the Truth on Weight Loss, which included misconceptions about eating breakfast, exercising to lose weight, and losing weight slowly. Karen will present the program on March 19, and on March 26, Cheryl will present a program on intermittent fasting
