The Eating of Your Greens

TOPS News - March 13, 2014

Barb was the best loser at the March 13 meeting of Imperial TOPS NE 067, and Donna received the Kept-It-Off gift certificate.

Yes-Yes/No-No

The Yes-Yes is to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day; the No-No is unhealthy condiments.

Taking Care of Business

In Karen’s absence, Carolyn gave the Treasurer’s report. The Loser’s Lotto contest will continue until all slots are filled. The group started a team contest, a “Make It Up as You Go” contest. The first week’s challenge, chosen by Peg, is to walk at least 10 minutes each day. Next week Shirley will choose another challenge, to be added to the goal from the first week. Each week, a new challenge will be added. Teams were chosen at random. Note: Participation in contests is voluntary.
