Be Your Own Valentine

Program

Be My ValentineLorna read the TOPS Magazine’s “10 Ways to Be Your Own Valentine,” which included
  1. Treat yourself to a massage;
  2. Wash away your worries by adding Epsom salt with lavender to your bath water;
  3. Dress up to boost your confidence;
  4. Love yourself first, by being grateful for your strengths and sharing them with others.
She also talked about the emotional benefits of getting enough sunshine and the health benefits of garlic.
On the 19th, Cheryl will present a program on the advantages of forming Mini-Habits.

Meeting

Five TOPS and one KOPS were present at the February 12 meeting of Imperial TOPS NE0267. Donna was the best loser for the week, and Lorna won the Kept-It-Off Award.
Challenges for February
1) Eat a red fruit or vegetable every day; 2) Do an exercise that increases your heart rate once each day.
Contests
A Heart contest, measuring weight loss for the month; a Zipper contest, with a goal of 10 pounds; and the Move, Lose, and Win contest, which includes an exercise challenge.
