Program
Lorna read the TOPS Magazine’s “10 Ways to Be Your Own Valentine,” which included- Treat yourself to a massage;
- Wash away your worries by adding Epsom salt with lavender to your bath water;
- Dress up to boost your confidence;
- Love yourself first, by being grateful for your strengths and sharing them with others.
On the 19th, Cheryl will present a program on the advantages of forming Mini-Habits.
Meeting
Five TOPS and one KOPS were present at the February 12 meeting of Imperial TOPS NE0267. Donna was the best loser for the week, and Lorna won the Kept-It-Off Award.Challenges for February
1) Eat a red fruit or vegetable every day; 2) Do an exercise that increases your heart rate once each day.
Contests
A Heart contest, measuring weight loss for the month; a Zipper contest, with a goal of 10 pounds; and the Move, Lose, and Win contest, which includes an exercise challenge.
